Why do we give you exercises for the small muscles in your feet?

The Pilates exercises that we give you for your feet might not be exciting, but they are essential to your body’s function. Does Pilates help neck pain?

Neck pain affects about 70% of us at some time in our lives. When specialists and imaging are unable to identify a specific identifiable cause for your symptoms, you are usually considered to be suffering from what is called mechanical neck pain (aka “idiopathic” meaning we don’t know why….). A recent study in 2018 into the effectiveness of Pilates in the treatment of chronic mechanical neck pain concluded that Pilates is an effective and safe treatment with no adverse effects.
