Our Virtual Pilates Classes provide a comprehensive program where everyone works in unison. Our classes are run by specialist Pilates instructors, so you know that you will be getting well-designed sessions with the quality of cueing and explanation of seasoned professionals.
The class will be conducted on Zoom one-way – you will see and hear the instructor but they will not see or hear you. You can send a question through the chat screen or email us later if you want to clarify anything.
There are a variety of classes to suit all levels of experience and ability. Information on these classes are available in the Class Bookings tab.
HOW TO BOOK AND START YOUR CLASS:
If this is your first class with Wellcentred, set up your account and please complete the waiver section. You will also receive an email with a questionnaire to complete before your first class.
2. Set up your digital device (the larger the screen the better) in a space where you can see and hear your instructor and where there is room to lie down.

DOWNLOAD ZOOM– To join your Class, you will need to download the
Zoom app onto the device you are using (phone, iPad or computer) and create your account.
4. We will send you a second email before your Class with a web address link to your session via Zoom and the equipment you will require for the planned session. Check your spam/junk folder if you have not received this the night before.
5. Click on this link 10-15 minutes before your Class and click “JOIN VIDEO”, so you have time to work out any glitches.
Please note that by logging into your Zoom meeting session, you are acknowledging that you have assessed that this class is appropriate for you and that you will be taking due care during this class.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel online or send us an email at least 24 hours before your appointment.
