1. To book your virtual private Pilates session – Click on VIRTUAL PRIVATE BOOKINGS or to book your virtual Pilates class – Click on VIRTUAL CLASS BOOKINGS. This will take you through to the Mindbody Booking System. To find out more about booking through a browser or the Mindbody App look at BOOKING FAQ.
2. If this is your first class or private session with Wellcentred, set up your account and please complete the waiver section. You will receive an email with a questionnaire that is required to complete before your first class.
3. Set up your digital device (the larger the screen the better) in a space where you can see and hear your instructor and where there is room to lie down. If you are doing a private, you need to be able to see yourself on the screen lying down (so the instructor can see you).
4. DOWNLOAD ZOOM– To join your class or private session, you will need to download the Zoom app onto the device you are using (phone, iPad or computer) and create your account.
5. We will send you a second email before your class or private session with a web address link to your session via Zoom and the equipment you will require for the planned session. Note: This email may go to your junk/spam folder
6. Click on this link 10-15 minutes before your class or private session and click “JOIN VIDEO”, so you have time to work out any glitches.

Please note that by logging into your Zoom meeting session, you are acknowledging that you have assessed that this class or private session is appropriate for you and that you will be taking due care during this class or private session.
